I took MGS's six week beginner group class. What I loved about it, among other things, was that in those brief six lessons we learned how to play music immediately. I had guitar lessons in my teen years, and my dads probably have 40 guitars between them, so I'm not a stranger to the concept. But nobody ever explained to me the steps of the strings, and how to find the notes I was looking for on any string. So not only can I now read music and translate it to the strings, I can figure out how to get the music in my head out. Which is huge.

Thanks, MGS! You absolutely rock!
